The organizers and Founders of Australian Local Business Networking Groups Jane Tan and Tanya Glancy met on a Community Platform.
They both could not find a Networking Group that was about the Business owner.
They wanted a Networking Group that was Educational, Supportive, Friendly, Fun, and didn’t have the stringent rules.
Both Ladies realized their passion to help business owners and the local Community.
With their heart for Business and similar values, they formed together and Australia Local Business Networking Group aka Local Biz was born.
These Ladies know what Business is about.
They operate and own 6 Businesses between them and have a combined experience of over 40 years.
They are passionate about helping others, connecting Local Businesses, and forming a support group that is designed for the business owner.
Both Ladies are Rotarians and regularly serve the Community with various Fundraisers.

Jane tan
Jane Tan has over 20 years of experience in the Business, Finance, and Real Estate Industry. Jane has worked in every aspect of the Real Estate Industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both the residential and commercial markets.
Jane is the Founder and Co-owner of KGR Properties Group. With her extensive business and finance background, she provides a strong foundation to property, evaluating market conditions to determine the right course of action for both buyers and sellers.
Along with Jane’s Business, Finance, and Real Estate background, Jane is a family mum with a devotion to the philosophy of life, her loving husband, and 2 sons. In Jane’s spare time, she loves cooking and practicing yoga.
Jane has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best from Dale Carnegie, Tom Hopkins, Jim Rohn, and others.

Tanya Glancy
Tanya Glancy has 20 years in a variety of Management, Marketing, and Senior Administration roles. She has worked in large Corporations, International Companies, and has her own Multi-Award Winning Business.
Tanya has two family-owned and operated local businesses. She has been in business for over 15 years, her first Company D-Tec Pest Solutions has won 16 National, State, and Local Business Awards including Business of the Year 4 times with the Logan Chamber of Commerce.
For 5 years, Tanya and her husband is the founder of Capture Headshots & Photography where they specialize in Corporate Headshots, Actor Headshots, Product and Commercial Photography.
In her spare time, Tanya has done over 20 Fundraisers to help those in need with her Son Samuel from Samuel G Photography & Fundraiser. Together they have completed a significant number of Logan Community Fundraisers over the years.
She is also a Rotarian and passionate about helping others in the community and in Business.
